The Belvedere apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor, at the entrance of the right hand-side part of the Residence. It features a double bedroom and two bunk beds with a very bright living area. The flat enjoys from an easy access to the common areas such as the laundry room.

Apartment features: brand new kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven and grill, fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses and pots. Drying rack available, hair dryer, laundry basket. We also provide a kitchen courtesy kit with waste bags, dish detergent and cleaning sponges and a bath courtesy kit with soap, shower gel and shoe shine wipes.

In the common area: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
