Excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The host was really friendly and helpful. For visiting venice, there’s a direct bus connection from right infront of the hotel and it’ll take only an hour approx.
I would have given 5 stars if there was a washing machine and working elevator in the apartment.
